At about 6 PM Tuesday night, Katonah Fire Department was dispatched to a report of a tree across the road on Cantitoe Street near Matthews Mill Road. Engine 117, Engine 115 and Car 2213 responded. A tree had fallen, bringing down power lines that were actively burning. KFD apparatus was used to block Cantitoe Street in both directions while awaiting NYSEG and NY State DOT to remove the tree. Units were on scene until about 8:10 PM.
