At about 4 p.m. Saturday afternoon, Katonah Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident near 60 Cherry Street with reported extrication. Car 2213 arrived first on scene and confirmed that the occupant was still in the vehicle. However, extrication was not needed. The driver was alert and conscious, was treated at the scene by Weschester EMS and transported by KBHVAC. KFD Rescue 17 assisted at the scene while KFD Engine 115 took a position at Cherry Street and Reyburn Drive and routed southbound traffic down Reyburn Drive. Units were on scene for approximately 90 minutes.
